Sales, promotions and discount codes*.

1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. (unless stated)
2. The code needs to be applied at checkout for the discount to apply. 
3. Discount refunds will not be given for missed code application or non applied discounts, please check the discount is taken off the amount before paying.
4. Discount or offers cannot be used before or after the offer/discount dates.
5. Final sale items are non-refundable.
6. Sales/discounts are non-transferable.
7. If you use a promo code for a reduced price or free item and you return part of your order that made this eligible, you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the item/s in the promotion which would no longer apply including shipping (if applicable).
8. Styles purchased during sale or promotional periods can only be returned for store credit (valid for 3 years). We do not offer exchange service on sale/promotional items. Please utilise the provided store credit to purchase your new desired item/s again.
9. Products purchased during a gift-with-purchase (GWP) promotion must be returned with those additional items. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

The shipping costs of returning the sale and discounted item/s will be at the customers expense, excluding introductory priced items, the $20 off first time purchase promotion on full priced items only.
